My Essex

Having lived all my life in Essex, my tours feel very personal to me!

All my life and love of Essex has gone into the creation of the tours. So they are  very special to me, I like to think they will give you a very unique and original tour experience, given by a local Essex person!

The county is a jewel in terms of it’s history, and I want to share this with you and all the hidden  gems I have discovered.

We will have a great time out together!

About my Journey

I have always loved local Essex History, and ever since I have been a young girl I have explored Essex.

I decided to return to work, by creating my own work, and so I decided to combine my love of local history, by  creating the very best history tours that are completely original and unique.

With a flask of coffee and a Tomtom I have driven all over Essex over 3 years, often going back to a place many times to find tiny details that will make the tour superb.

I have done months of reading to research each tour, to make the talk as fascinating as it can be!

My Guests

My guests are always  looked after  very well during the whole tour experience.

It is very important to me that each guest has a great time out with me whilst on tour!

Every tour I take, I work very hard to achieve this.

My guests experience is at the heart of what I wish to create, that is pleasure!

I wish to give you a wonderful time with me whilst on tour.

My Experience as a Tour Guide

I have 3 years experience working in Essex as a Tour Guide, and have taken tours on foot, on mini buses and on local trains.

You will be looked after very well whilst on tour

I have also formed excellent connections with local restaurants and cafes
