I would suggest guests arrive on tour 20 minutes before the tour starts, so they can park and get to the meeting place well on time. The tour leaves on time!
Please make sure you bring your mobile phone on the tour in case I need to get hold of you or you need to contact me in an emergency.
If there is an emergency on the day of the tour, please send a text to Jane who will get back to you as soon as she can
Each tour follows a different route – please see specific detail about fitness level required on each tour page. There will also be details on whether a tour is suitable for people with walking details.
Certainly – if you can’t make it on a tour we will offer you a refund as long as you give us 24 hours notice. Please send me an email using the contact page or apply for a refund through the Eventbrite website. Email form can be found here you can apply for a refund through the Eventbrite website here
Please note that although the ticket price can be fully refunded, eventbrite’s fees (who we use to process our orders) cannot.
All dogs that are friendly and well behaved are welcome on tour, but must be kept on a lead at all times.
Please email me in advance, if you wish to bring a dog along.
Once you purchase a ticket, you’ll be emailed details of the timings of the tour, where to meet and other details such as where to park. You’ll also receive the mobile number of your guide in case you need to get in touch with them on the day.
